Authors are invited to submit abstracts for presentation at CUTICON Kerala 2026. Please carefully read the following guidelines before submitting your abstract.

General Guidelines
- Registration for the conference is mandatory for abstract submission.
- Last date for submission is 15 September 2026 (Midnight).
- Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Authors are requested to follow the instructions provided for abstract submission.
- Acceptance or rejection of abstracts will be communicated on or before 31 October 2026.

Award Papers
- Only Provisional Life Members (PLMs) of IADVL Kerala who are pursuing postgraduate medical courses within Kerala can submit award papers.
- Each medical college can send only one case report and one research study.
- Case series with fewer than five study subjects will not be considered.
- The abstract of a case report may be prepared under the headings: Introduction, Case Report & Highlights.
- The abstract of a research study may be prepared under: Introduction, Objectives, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion and Conclusion.
- Institutional Ethics Committee approval should be submitted where applicable.
- Any conflict of interest should be clearly mentioned.
- Presentation time for a case report is 6 minutes.
- Presentation time for a research study is 7 minutes.
Free Papers
- Only Life Members (LM) / Provisional Life Members (PLM) of IADVL Kerala may submit free papers and papers for the Dr. Sreelatha Memorial Award session.
- Free papers can be based on rare case reports, case series or short original research works.
- Abstracts should follow the pattern specified for award papers and should not exceed 400 words.
- The presentation time is 7 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of discussion.
- Abstracts not considered for the free paper session due to time constraints may be selected for the E-poster session.
E-Posters
- Any Life Member or Provisional Life Member of IADVL Kerala can submit abstracts for E-posters.
- One person can submit only one E-poster.
- The author may be a co-author of more than one E-poster.
- E-posters can be case reports, case series or research studies.
- The pattern of abstract submission will be the same as for award papers.
