Cancellation & Refund

1. Registration Cancellation

Delegates who wish to cancel their registration must submit a cancellation request to the organising committee using the official conference contact details.

Cancellation requests will be considered only when received through the official communication channels associated with CUTICON Kerala 2026.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility will depend on the cancellation date, registration category and the terms announced by the organising committee.

• Applicable refund conditions will be determined based on the official cancellation schedule.
• Requests received after the applicable cancellation deadline may not be eligible for a refund.
• Any applicable payment gateway or transaction charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
• Refunds will normally be processed to the original payment method wherever possible.

3. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend the conference without submitting an eligible cancellation request will generally be treated as a no-show.

No-show delegates may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Transfer of Registration

Transfer of registration from one delegate to another may be permitted only with prior approval from the organising committee and subject to applicable conditions.

Any request for a change of delegate should be made before the conference and must include the required details of both delegates.

5. Conference Cancellation or Postponement

In the unlikely event that CUTICON Kerala 2026 is cancelled, postponed or substantially modified due to circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the organisers, the organising committee will communicate the applicable arrangements to registered delegates.

The organisers reserve the right to determine the appropriate refund, transfer or adjustment arrangements based on the circumstances of the event.

6. Circumstances Beyond Our Control

The organising committee shall not be held responsible for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, public health emergencies, transportation disruptions, strikes or other unforeseen events affecting the conference.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund is approved, the processing time may depend on the payment gateway, bank or financial institution involved.

Delegates may be requested to provide additional information required to process an approved refund.

8. Abstract Submission Fees

Any fees associated with abstract submission or related scientific activities, if applicable, will be subject to the specific terms communicated by the scientific committee or organising committee.

9. How to Request a Cancellation

To request cancellation or enquire about refund eligibility, delegates should contact the organising committee with their registration details and payment reference.
